Woodco from Advance Surface Polymers does exactly the same job as Tuffco although this product adds a wood grain colour to commodity profiles.

Tuffco adds colour to commodity profiles.

Tuffco from Advanced Surface Polymers brings colour and performance to the PVC market. This is not a paint or colour tint but a high performance acrylated polymer applied at the point of manufacture to form an integral part of the PVC profile. Furthermore, you can depend on Tuffco in the knowledge that you will enjoy a guaranteed performance for 12 years that includes the colour, the gloss and total weatherability of Tuffco systems.

Weatherability

Tuffco seriously outperforms traditional PVC and is guaranteed to retain colour and gloss in the most extreme environments.

Heat Gain

PVC cellular boards and profiles distort at approximately 73 degree centigrade heat. Consequently all pigments used in Tuffco have been carefully selected for their infra-red reflective properties, ensuring minimal heat gain. Fire Safety – Tuffco offers outstanding fire safety meeting the requirements of The Fire Propagation and Surface Spread of Flame tests with a class 1 rating.
